How comparisons are built
Source material
Every comparison draws exclusively from official vendor sources: published feature lists, publicly stated pricing pages, vendor documentation and announced product roadmaps. No unverifiable claims are included. Where a feature is described as "in testing" or "beta" by the vendor, that status is noted.
How tools are selected
Tools are selected by market relevance, search demand and reader enquiry. No payment is accepted for inclusion, placement or favourable treatment. A tool can appear in a comparison regardless of whether it participates in any affiliate programme.
Scoring framework
Where a rating is shown, it is derived from five dimensions weighted as follows:
- Output quality (30%) — Does the tool deliver on its documented capability claims?
- Value for money (25%) — Does the published pricing stack up against the feature set?
- Ease of use (20%) — How accessible is the tool based on onboarding documentation and feature complexity?
- Integrations (15%) — What does the vendor's published integration catalogue include?
- Support and reliability (10%) — What SLAs, uptime commitments and support tiers are documented?
